Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with S-TECH, you acknowledge the policy below.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept cancellation requests after an order has been submitted, including before dispatch.
Before ordering, please confirm the product model, specifications, quantity and compatibility with your computer, PCIe slot and operating system.

Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for a change of mind, incorrect product selection or compatibility issues.
Products sent to our service centre for inspection under warranty are assessed for replacement eligibility and do not constitute a return for a refund.
Replacement of Defective Products
All S-TECH cards carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We offer replacements for products confirmed to be defective and eligible under our warranty policy.
Products must be sent to our service centre with a copy of the purchase invoice. Every product will be inspected and thoroughly tested. If confirmed defective and covered under warranty, it will be replaced with a fresh piece and couriered back to the customer.
