Warranty & Replacement Policy
S-TECH products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, as shown on the purchase invoice.
All products submitted for a warranty claim will be tested and thoroughly analysed at our service centre. If a product is confirmed to be defective and eligible for warranty, it will be replaced with a fresh piece and couriered back to the customer.
Contact Us Before Sending Your Product
We recommend calling S-TECH Customer Care on 044-43227186 before sending any product for a warranty claim.
Issues relating to product compatibility, PCIe slot compatibility, drivers or system configuration can sometimes be mistaken for a defective card. Our team can help you check these points and advise whether the product needs to be sent for inspection.
Please keep your product model, purchase invoice, computer or motherboard model, operating system details and a description of the issue ready when calling.
Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty replacement:
- The product must be within 1 year of its purchase date.
- A clear copy of the purchase invoice must be sent along with the card.
- Our service centre must confirm the product is defective after inspection and testing.
- The product must meet the conditions of this warranty policy.
Claims submitted without a purchase invoice cannot be processed until the invoice is provided.

Inspection and Testing

Replacement will be provided only after testing confirms that the product is defective and covered under warranty.
Replacement of Defective Products
If the product is confirmed to be defective and eligible for warranty, S-TECH will replace it with a fresh piece and courier the replacement to the customer’s return address.
Please provide an accurate address and a reachable telephone number to avoid delivery delays.
Processing time depends on receipt of the product, completion of inspection and testing, and courier transit. Contact customer care for updates on your claim.
When Warranty Is Void or Does Not Apply
Warranty claims will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
- Warranty period expired: The claim is made beyond 1 year from the purchase date shown on the invoice.
- Physical damage: The card has cracked, broken, bent or damaged components, connectors, PCIe contacts, bracket or circuit board.
- Transit damage: The product is damaged while being sent to our service centre, including damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
- Short circuits or burns: Inspection reveals short circuits, burn marks, burnt components or other electrical damage to the circuit board.
- Liquid or corrosion damage: The product shows signs of liquid exposure, moisture damage or corrosion.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications: The card has been tampered with, modified or repaired by an unauthorised person.
- Improper installation or use: Damage results from incorrect installation, excessive force, unsuitable power connections or use outside the product’s specified requirements.
If a claim is declined following inspection, our service team will explain the findings.
Products Found to Be in Working Condition
If the card operates correctly during testing, it will not qualify for replacement as a defective product.
Compatibility issues, unsuitable PCIe slots, unsupported operating systems, missing drivers or incorrect configuration do not, by themselves, establish a product defect. Our team will explain the testing results and discuss the next steps with you.
If the card is found to be in working condition, the customer must bear the return courier charges for sending it back from our service centre. Our team will inform you of the applicable charges before dispatch.
Calling customer care before sending your card may help resolve the issue without the need for a return.
